Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were freezing even with the heater on full blast, and they seemed to lack proper maintenance with holes covered in filler. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, going the extra mile to assist with specific needs. The location was great for my plans, but at times it felt isolated without visible staff presence. The dining experience had its ups and downs, from freshly cooked meals to delayed service.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms not very clean, with broken blinds and moldy corners. None of the bulbs in the bathroom or side lamps were working, and there was hair all over the bathroom, despite booking for two adults and one child and being promised adequate accommodation. On the bright side, it would be nice to see Fairtrade Tea and Coffee in the rooms. The room felt a bit cramped and seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned; however, it was a superior room.
The hotel provides clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price, with the convenience of individual heating controls. The service was accommodating, but some staff seemed inexperienced. The location offers a charming setting with a working garden market, despite disappointing restaurant experiences. The dining had its minor issues but generally pleasant. The facilities were adequate.
